Tangles Pet Grooming is situated at Airth Station Cattery & Kennels and is located in a peaceful country location, 2 miles from the village of Airth, which is half-way between Stirling and Falkirk.
We are also only 2 miles from motorway links to Glasgow and Edinburgh, so are easily accessible to cat and dog owners throughout Central Scotland.
Tangles Pet Grooming is managed by Denise McGlennon & Laraine Binniewhose combined years of experience in caring for and training animals enables your pets to enjoy, rather than endure, their stay away from home.
Your pets deserve the best in skin and coat cleaning, ear and nail trimming, regular washes and hair cuts, clipping and blow dry.

NERVOUS OR AGGRESSIVE DOGS
Tangles Grooming Service
We can appreciate that some dogs may require muzzling or extra staff to help manage them.
In these situations you will be charged at a higher than standard grooming rate to accommodate the extra staff needed for the aggressive dogs.
The reason we need to charge the higher rate
is because dogs showing aggression or acute nervousness take much longer to groom.
We do reserve the right to refuse a dog that presents a risk of injury to itself or staff.

Fit Friends Club - Classes now underway
Registration on Wednesdays 11-1pm Sponsored and endorsed by Royal Canin
Fit Friends takes place in the grounds of Airth Cattery & Kennels near Falkirk and Stirling on a Wednesday morning between 11.30am - 1pm During the the Fit Friends session your dog will be weighed. You can make use of the activity course in the enclosure and receive some valuable training tips while there. You can also join a member of our Grooming Team in the Grooming Room for hands on experience of grooming and tips on keeping your dog looking fab in between grooming appointments!

Members can browse in the shop and get some nutritional information on the food we stock and some feeding tips for either fussy eaters or dogs, cats who like to eat everything in sight! It's a chance for like-minded people to meet up and discuss their best friends and maybe meet some new ones. We can also advise on any other services members would like, dog walking, home pet sitting, obedience training, puppy classes, socialisation classes and pet to vet. We also have access to information regarding services such as International Pet Travel and Veterinary surgeries for those new to the area. We hope to get some Nutritional talks from Royal Canin and Hills also. We may also have some visits from our local vets. These will all be be posted here on the website on the EXTRA's Page under "Evenings!"

Dog Training & Behavioural Classes
Training and behavioural classes can be offered to suit your pets needs whether it maybe individual or group training. We will be happy to discuss any problems with yourself and if we cannot offer the help you require we can refer you to someone who possibly can.
Puppy Training
& Socialisation Classes
We offer socialisation and training classes to puppies under 6 months old. Times for these classes can be arranged to suit individual needs.

We offer an extensive range of Cat and Dog Food for specialist and general breeds.
Anyone wishing to order, collect or view our range of products or gain information on our range, can contact us during normal office hours.

Dog Walking
Our Dog Walking service is carried out byfully trained and insured staff. They are all experienced dog handlers.
You can register at the office here at Tangles for this service.
Dog walking times to suit our you, our client.
Once registered you can benefit from either:-
- regular daily walks or comfort calls
(for when you are unexpectedly held up at work, shopping, whatever!)
Our staff can call out during normal office hours and ensure your pet has what they need when they need it!
Pet Sitting
Dog, Cat and Furry Animal Sitting.
As with our Dog Walking service, you can register with us at the Office.
Offer us your schedule to adhere to. Should you go away on holiday or business and prefer your pet to stay at home, you can arrange for members of staff to attend to your animals in your own home. Services includes feed, water, cleaning out
and / or exercising!

DELIVERY
We deliver within the UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland only.
Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days. Postage Costs will be clearly displayed on the
Paypal Order Confirmation for you to check before confirming your order. All deliveries must be signed for.
RETURNS
We know that buying over the internet, by its nature, is not the same experience as shopping on the high street. To help build your confidence from purchasing items from our website, we can guarantee: if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on receipt, then as long as you return it to us, unused and in perfect condition, along with the original packaging and a copy of your receipt within 7 days from purchase date, we will refund you the full price paid within 30 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. We regret that we will be unable to refund postage and packaging costs. We will not be held responsible for returned items lost in the post. We will refund the same way payment was made.
FAULTY ITEMS
All of our items are checked before being offered for sale and prior to being sent to you. We will be happy however, to refund the price paid or replace any item that develops a fault within 1 month of purchase. Please provide a copy of your original receipt. We regret we will be unable to refund postage and packing costs. Replacement items will be sent to you free of postage and packing charges. Please note that no receipt will mean no refund.

Returning a Purchase
We require you to CONTACT US BY TELEPHONE beforehand to advise us that you wish to return an item.
Please ensure that you provide a valid reason which should be quoted on all your paperwork.
Further, please ensure that all items are adequately protected and packaged with approriate items being marked
fragile on the outside of the packaging
We would also ask that your items are sent through the Post Office Special Delivery service.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damage or delay caused by the delivery service and that proof of posting will not be proof of delivery.
The Post Office Special Delivery service includes insurance cover whilst goods are in transit, consequently should they be mislaid you are covered to the value of the item.
